3. Flush all plumbing outlets on each visit

4. Check both interior and exterior of your home for pests, weather damage, break-in and/or vandalism and needed maintenance

5. Make sure that all vendors are servicing your property such as lawn service, gas delivery and maid service

6. Remove all debris, such as flyers, newspapers and downed foliage and irrigate plants, landscaping where needed

7. Prepare your home for your homecoming by turning on the hot water heater, making sure there is plenty of propane gas in the tank and turning on the Heat/AC (if needed) on the day of your arrival.
