Terms & Conditions

All service plans; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum are billed monthly on Client's credit card or payable by check. Clients paying by check will receive the start of service after check has cleared Appalachian Home Watchers Financial Institution.  All service plans run month to month, there are no long term contracts. In the event that service is not required for a particular month, Client will notify Appalachian Home Watchers within 15 days, prior to the month that service is not reqired, otherwise Client will be billed for that billing period.

In the event that Clients wish to pay on an annual basis, Appalachian Home Watchers will discount 1 months service fee from the annal total. This service plan is cancellable at any time with 15 days notice given prior to the next billing period.

All plans are based on 1 single family unit (condo, cabin or single family home) of not more than 3 bedrooms / two baths. In the event that Client's property is larger  than the standard 2-3 bedroom/two bath unit, then Appalachian Home Watchers will adjust the  price accordingly and agreeable to Client & Appalachian Home Watchers.
